Raley’s Market Event Centers in

Granite Bay & Roseville

Advanced Fly Tying with Bill Carnazzo and others

The advanced/intermediate fly tying class, as was mentioned in an earlier post and in the Leader, will be held this spring. The format will be the same as last year: six Tuesday-sessions, each featuring a different tyer doing different types of flies. It will be held at the Raley's event center at their stores in Granite Bay (Douglas and Auburn-Folsom Rd) and Roseville (check locations). Each session will go from 6-9 p.m.

Updated Dec. 31, 2008: Pete Peterson will be teaching the first session. Here is what he said about materials, etc.:  "We will be tying the Clouser Minnow and the Half & Half.  Because of the amount of different materials we will be using, I find it easier if everyone chips in $2.00 and I will supply the materials.  They need to bring a bottle of head cement and a spool of thread of a bright color (orange or chartreuse) in size 3/0 or larger."  Please note that Pete will collect $2.00 from each participant to pay for the materials that he will be providing.

Here is the schedule, including location and instructor:
January 6th        Pete Peterson               Granite Bay Raley's Event Center

If you have any questions, call me or send me an email message. See you on the 6th. Cheers!
