§        Off the Hook Fly Shop – advertisement / member issue

§        Flat Iron Troutfitters / Frank Stolten follow up (can auction trip be used next year? )

§     501 (c) (3) Corporations must have a written Conflict of Interest Policy and the members of the Board must sign the policy each year.

§     New Board to decide whether or not to continue to conduct raffles at the Annual Dinner.

14.   New Business

§        President to assign a committee to review and revise our outdated Bylaws.

§        Treasurer to give an annual financial statement (fiscal year end) at the August general meeting.

§    President to assign the Conservation committee with substantially increasing our donations to fly fishing and conservation related causes and also to increase funding for the scholarship program.

§         Plaques to the three Fly Shops that have supported us through our 20 years.

§         Fiscal year budget. Discussion.

§         Minutes on the message board.

§         The Club is 20 years old this year, we should do something special.
