In 2009, we will devote two general meetings for “Member’s Nights.” These nights provide our membership with information and displays of what Granite Bay Flycasters offer the membership. We don’t have a guest speaker or a long drawn out introduction by the president. What we do offer are displays at several tables of club activities.

Activity coordinators will have informational displays set up for many of the following activities:

Membership Table
Knot Tying
American River Hatchery Docent Program
Salmon Festival
Equipment display of items that can be checked out by members like rods, reels and fly tying kits

etc.

A lot of our long time members have said this meeting is most enjoyable evening of the year because it affords them the time to just hang out and visit with other GBF members.
